The students of Ek Pahel Pathshala performed their nukkad naatak, ‘Jal Hai Jeevan Hai’ at the Ashok Cosmos Mall on the 23rd of June, 2018. The students learned this play under the guidance of Mr Somnath during their theatre workshop. The play highlights the importance of saving water and how its shortage can adversely affect humankind. Roshni and Ek Pahel worked together to make this event a great success. The event started with an oath where all the audience members and participants swore to save water. All the students who attended the event signed a written pledged to come together and save water. Mr Prem Prashant, President of Dayalabagh Satsang Committee, Mr Mukesh Jain, Principal of Satyamev Jayate Trust, Mr Rupesh Srivastava, Principal of Sumit Rahul Goyal School Mrs Vandana Ghosh, from Shri Ram Centennial School, Mr Suresh Chand Gupta and Mrs Sharda Gupta were the guests of honour for the occasion.
